My journey into real estate began in 2007. Initially, my focus was to purchase, remodel and resell residential homes in the San Francisco Bay Area. After several successful purchases and resales, I identified a major disconnect between the buyer/seller and Realtor relationship and knew I can bridge this gap providing professional Real Estate services to meet and exceed buyers/sellers expectations. In 2009, I obtained my Real Estate Licensed followed with my Real Estate Brokers License and Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI) designation in 2015.
Honesty – I treat each transaction as I am selling a home to family. Being honest, up front, providing up to date market information & expectations all while setting the right standards for my clients. My business is not about selling the most homes, it's about putting the right families into the right homes at the right time.
Responsive – Communication is HUGE!!! Reality is, purchasing or selling a home will be the largest financial transaction you will make. From first time home buyers and sellers to veteran home buyers and sellers, there will always be questions. Have peace in mind knowing when you have questions, I will have answers..
Detailed – The San Francisco Bay Area Real Estate market is as aggressive as ever and this standard is here to stay. I have completed transactions with a 24 hours close of escrow and as long as a 60 days close of escrow. Regardless of the time frame and amount of pressure to service your transactions, I will get the job done.
There truly is no greater sense of pride, than home ownership. To have the ability to connect buyers to the home of their dreams, investors with income generating investment properties and achieving unimaginable sales figures for sellers, this excitement feeds my motivation and desire work harder each and every day. After all, it's about building stability and wealth through real estate.
Growing up with a family of 10, family has always and will continue to be priority. On my off days, you can find me with family or raising my newborn Daughter, Charlotte, who came into my life this year, 2018. I am also grooming her to be the next Top Real Estate agent of the San Francisco Bay Area, find her co-hosting a future listing with me.
